The Development Strategy of Personal Financing Business in Commercial Banks of China
The personal financing business is one of the important profit sources of commercial banks in developed countries. In our country, it is at the initial stage and the commercial banks are still dominated by the traditional business. According to the present situation of personal financing business in commercial banks of China, this paper puts forwards development strategies from six aspects, such as customer, product, image, marketing, service and risk. Especially, the paper points out that the customer relationship management system (CRM system) and the credit mechanism construction system can be applied to the development of personal financing business in commercial banks.
