摘要：

In China, shadow banks constitute a well-developed market countries, there is a big difference, yet mainly developed in recent years private equity funds, private equity funds, as well as the company of investment trust and financial cooperation, civil lending institutions. In this paper, the analysis of Bank and cooperative mode in the manifestation of the shadow banking, analysis, policy approaches to solve the problem of the shadow banking.
