The Research on the Financial Support System of Low-Carbon City Construction

摘要：

This paper describes the present situation of the financial support for the low-carbon city at home and abroad. We build a financial support system for the low-carbon city construction which mainly includes the policy finance and commercial finance and put forward that different financial strategies should be taken in different stages of construction. At last, we offer some suggestions according to the financial support system.
