Expectation Diffusion in Commercial Housing Market-under the Internal Influence
This paper introduces the innovation diffusion theory and methods into the research area of commercial housing market, portrays the expectation diffusion under internal influence through model building. The paper also analyzes the diffusion process by simulation using MATLAB, and tries to explore the regularity and key factors of the diffusion. The results show that: spreading rate per unit time, cognitive proportion at initial time and agreement difficulty coefficient are all have important impact on expectation diffusion. Finally, the paper proposes suggestions about how to guide and control expectation diffusion.
