Information Communication Mechanism for Risk Management in Software Development Project

摘要：

This paper constructs and suggests a type of information communication mechanism for risk management in software development project. Our goal was to understand how the software development team created a successful project under all kinds of risks in new problem domain using a communication-centric methodology that dependent on formal communication. From a managerial standpoint, the mechanism based on the five ingredients can just be functioned under the three hypotheses and is shown in a flowchart.
