Thoughts on Asset Pooling Business of Commercial Banks in the Period of Chinas Economic Transition

摘要：

In recent years, due to the economic transition of China and the influence exerted by interest rate marketization and financial disintermediation, domestic commercial banks start to pursue diverse profits increase through launching financial transactions. After the 2008 financial crisis, asset pooling become a hot spot in the commercial area, bringing new profit growth point for the banks. With asset pooling business as the main research subject, the thesis adopts a method combining theory and practice to study on the current problems in this area and points out the feasible solutions of future development.
