The Design of Teachers Invigilating Arrangement System--Based on The Programming Model

Now the university invigilating arrangement commonly used manual arrangement method which needs more time and is difficult to plan as a whole for meeting the teachers invigilating requirements. At the same time, its easy to come into being a scheduling conflict. So it cant meet the needs of the invigilating work. In this paper, the examination courses, timing and location having been made by the School Office of Academic Affairs in the invigilating arrangement table. Based on it each college sets up to assign invigilating teachers. We applied the programming model to design the teachers invigilating arrangement system and its EXCEL operation interface, which greatly shortens the time of the invigilating arrangement and improves its efficiency.
