Active Disturbance Rejection Control for Permanent Magnet Linear Motor
In this paper, we design ADRC for PMLM and propose RESO to estimate the disturbances. The theoretical analysis and simulation show that RESO-based ADRC can guarantee high-precision of PMLM.
