New Analysis on Robust H∞ Exponential Stability of Uncertain Neutral Systems with Time-Varying Delays and Uncertain Nonlinear Perturbations
This paper considers the robust exponential stability of time-varying delayed neutral systems with discontinuous activation functions and norm-bounded uncertainties. Based on a novel Lyapunov.Krasovskii functional method, some new delay-dependent stability conditions are presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities, and the H∞ is designed. At last, a numerical example is given to validate the effectiveness of our results.
