The Embedded Educational System Using NXT Wheeled Inverted Pendulum Robot in OCMT
Recently, the necessity of MBD (Model Base Design) and the EST (Embedded System Technology) is discussed with all products. This thesis is concerning the educational system that tries to use it in OCMT (Oshima National College of Maritime Technology). First of all, basic component (Environment, Reference Generator, Controller, NXTWay-GS, Viewer) of MBD was previously generated for the confirmation of the effectiveness of literature individually 1. After that, a basic component of MBD was generalized again. Moreover, c crossing between Matlab and NXT (a small robot kit by LEGO Ltd.) was compiled (GNU Compiler Collection), c was mounted on NXT, and experiment was done on the confirmation of effectiveness. In addition, the ideal way of an educational system of MBD and EST in OCMT is examined. In the thesis, to compose an educational curriculum of MBD and EST, the process and the current state are discussed about the system in OCMT.
