Sliding Mode Control of Wind Energy Generation Systems Using PMSG and Input-Output Linearization
Input-output linearization and Sliding Mode Control (SMC) theory are applied to the formulation and control of a wind energy generation system with uncertainties which is described in the state space. The equivalent control based SMC and the second-order SMC algorithm are employed to stabilize the system. Conditions are derived to guarantee the stability for the system under the uncertainties. Simulation results verify the strategy proposed.
