Model Transformation-based Eigenstate Control of Quantum Systems

For a target eigenstate included in an equilibrium manifold, this paper studies a high-probability transition problem through the model transformation of quantum systems. We firstly give some main results on Lyapunov-based control design and the largest invariant set. Then, for a non-isolated target eigenstate in an invariant set, a model-transformation-based method is proposed to achieve a high-probability transition to the eigenstate. Also, we give an estimation on the transition probability by the use of sinΘ theorem. The simulation experiments on a five-level quantum system verifies the effectiveness of this method.
