Acoustic Optimization of Stiffened Plate
Acoustic optimization of a stiffened plate is investigated in this paper, in which finite element method is used to calculate structural dynamical analysis and Rayleigh integral is used to calculate structural acoustic analysis.Firstly, the paper gives different cases to display the influence of stiffened ribs on the acoustic radiation of the stiffened plate. Then the acoustic optimization model is presented, in which acoustic power, field pressure, structural weight or eigen-frequency of structure is defined as the objective function or the constraint function and the section dimension of ribs is defined as design variable. The acoustic optimization model is solved with sequential quadratic programming (SQP).Numerical results are given in this paper to demonstrate the effectiveness of the methods.
