The Application of DOE with Adding Points in Subspace to Surrogate Model
Based on the traditional Latin hyper design,a method of DOE based on adding points in the subspace is proposed in this paper,which can enhances the efficiency and precision of surrogate model.Firstly,the design space is partitioned and create models in the subspace and design space,then,get the imformation of estimation mean square error of each model to be the next extra training points which is used to a renewal of the model.The advantage of this method is that the sample points will be increased pertinently in the training set during the update process to improve the convergency of model.In this paper, the advantage of the method is validated by Haup test function ,and the aerodynamic optimization of wing design shows that this improved method can be applied to the engineering problem effectively.
