Singularly Impulsive Mathematical Model of Quorum sensing in V.fischeri
In this chapter we describe problem of quorum sensing in marine bacterium V. Jischeri as free organism or symbiot to squid. We present mathematical model which is based on microbiology descriptions and is phenomenological, not exact. Model is in form of nonlinear nine dimensional model, with further approximations to singular and impulsive models - leading to singularly impulsive systems approximation. Simulation response shows very good agreements which arguein favor of validity of approximation.
