Research on Economy of Management Integration in New Product Development of Equipment Manufacturing industry

摘要：

New product development of manufacturing industry not only decides the speed of national industrialization, but also influences the overall national strength. With market competition, the ability of new product development is becoming more and more important for enterprise core competitive ability. The paper put forward the conception on cost of management integration and makes the discussion on the relationship and optimization between the cost of management integration and degree of integration.
