Implementation of Improved Predictive Control in Furnace Temperature Control System based on Wincc
Large lag is one of the main prombems that existed in furnace temperature process control system. The large lag problem makes the system disturbance cant be received timely response, so that it causes control system big overshoot, continuous shock, poor dynamic quality, and may even make the system unstable. In this paper, to overcome this problem, make Wincc and Matlab as platform, through the OPC technology exchange data, combined with Matlab powerful calculate ability and the ability of Wincc real-time collect data, applied double value dynamic matrix control algorithm (DDMC) based on state space to the heating furnace object, so that the dynamic data exchange between MATLAB and WINCC can be realized. The simulation results show that this algorithm calculates in short time, takes up the little storage the space, has good robustness and anti-interference, and has very good control effect.
