摘要：

The article describes at characteristic of short term, limited learning hours and simple training method, which aims to design a series of multimedia education platform system suitable for high school physical education by way of modern computer internet multimedia skills, so that independent learning hours can be promised to students, and to enhance education extension and entertainment, to provide support to high school PE education aim.
