The Construction of Dynamic Capabilities System of Chinese Western Higher Education Resources

摘要：

Based on the boundary definition of Chinese western higher education regions and the current situation analysis of Chinese higher education resources, combining with the dynamic capabilities theory, this paper constructs an integrated and comprehensive management structure model: Chinese western higher education resources dynamic capabilities system and management structure model from the colleges and universities perspective. Meanwhile, the ways to improve Chinese western colleges and universities self-values and competitive advantages are also strategically analyzed.
