Incentive Mechanism of Knowledge Transfer in Technology Alliance of Chinese-Foreign corporations
Sino-foreign technology alliance strategy has brought a great amount of foreign direct investment and opportunities of learning foreign advanced technologies. Yet practice indicated that the effect of this strategy is not good. The effectiveness of knowledge spillover is not obvious, and core technologies are still grasped by foreign corporations. This paper develops an incentive model of knowledge transfer in Chinese-foreign technology alliance. The aim is to raise the enthusiasm of the foreign party in knowledge transfer and effectiveness of knowledge transfer.
