Fairness Theoretical Framework In the Remuneration Management Of Growing Enterprise
For growing enterprise, the establishment of a fair and reasonable remuneration management system is to retain employees, attract employees, and keep a stable team in order to achieve a rapid expansion. In this paper, we discuss the problems faced by the growing enterprises remuneration management, the use of the fairness of the theoretical framework to explore principles of a growing enterprise remuneration management system.
