University teacher is an important part of the national high-level personnel, shouldering the historical mission of the heritage of civilization, the cultivation of talents, scientific research, and the social services. With the development of era and the further promotion in the educational reform of the times, and the pushed forward education reform, college teachers of professional ethics has gone wrong. From the actual situation, it put forward the way of university teachers professional ethics, and explore the mode of professional ethics of college teachers - strengthening three items realistically and improving three mechanisms of College Teachers Professional Ethics construction mode.
