摘要：

Motivational mechanism elements of scientific and technological achievements transformation of cultural heritage conservation include: the pulling power of the heritage conservation units technology demand 、 the driving force of scientific and technological achievements supply、 the guiding force of government. On the basis of analyzing the conditions problems and domain-specificity of scientific and technological achievements transformation of cultural heritage conservation, states the suggestions to increase effective technology supply and demand.
