摘要：

With the development of the global economic integration, the rapid growth and development of the tourism is inseparable from the high quality professional talents of tourism. To cultivate the high-quality tourism professionals who can adapt to the development of the international tourism industry, the Tourism Management Education in the universities and colleges must position themselves, clear cultivating aim, improving the teachers quality and level, make the course system scientific and international, and improve teaching methods and means.
