Study on Implementation of Science and Technology Achievements in Higher Universities at a New Stage: A Case from China University of Geosciences, Beijing
At present, the potentiality and contribution of implementation of scientific and technological achievements is an important indicator used to quantitatively assess the practice and advancement of scientific research in higher universities. Implementation scientific and technological achievements factors like national economic development are dependent on technological institutes for scientific and technological breakthroughs, so a university cannot afford to miss out on important achievements. In order to further strengthen the management of scientific and technological achievements and improve the implementation rate of scientific and technological achievements in China University of Geosciences, Beijing, the authors analyzed the detailed problems in the process of implementation of scientific and technological achievements, and suggest that higher universities should establish an evaluation system of scientific and technological achievements, assemble a high-quality team to implement new advances, improve the intermediary services and security system of implementation of scientific and technological achievements, and promote cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
