Thoughts about Importance of librarians to University Education
University librarians are the cornerstones of library, and they are the guarantee of normal operation of the library. Librarians play an important role to the improvement of college students literacy as library was considered as the second class. In the era of knowledge economy, we must run first-class library to develop first-class university. To develop good first-class library, we must attach more importance to librarians, change the current situation and take measures to cultivate first-class librarians.
