Research on General-Education-Based Training Model for Excellent Engineers

摘要：

In this paper, engineering and industry-oriented training model for excellent engineers was constructed and personnel training programs and curriculum system were improved based on general education and faced with community need. Through research, it proved industry-oriented, general-education-based curriculum system and the reform of teaching contents is the focus of outstanding engineers training model innovation.
