The Topic of Construction of Cooperate Culture in Human Resource Management Education: Theory and Practice
Construction of cooperate culture, as a significant part of cooperates human resource management, should be paid attention to sufficiently and furthermore be carried out appropriately. In this article, we clarify the conception of construction of cooperate culture and, from the human resource management education point, summarize the previous research on this topic aiming at what is it, why is it and how to practice it, which expects to provide a valid theoretical and practical foundation for the future research to refer to when needed.
