Research and Practice of Research Production Service Teaching Four-in-One Teaching Factory
Research Production Service Teaching Four-in-One Teaching Factories were established by the school-enterprise cooperation, to realize the organic unity and harmonious development of all that the Teaching Factory management operation, students practice, teachers scientific research and the social training services, through the ways of cooperating including the school-enterprise docking, the personnel sharing, technical communication and resources sharing, etc. And the teaching do one course structure and system were constructed basing on the complete work process, the courses have been reformed into Teaching Factory system. And so the comprehensive skills training service system was constructed, to break a single skills training mode, open up the enterprise production and teaching project seamless integration, make vocational education into a comprehensive service behavior, make vocational colleges into the comprehensive service groups.
