A Study on Intercultural Operational Ability and Assessment of Students of International Trade Major
Intercultural studies are traditionally done in the field of language teaching. With rapid progress of economic globalization, intercultural ability has become a core element of students of international trade. This study, based on traditional concept of intercultural communication ability, focuses on how to develop students intercultural operational ability. The paper first explains the concept of intercultural operational ability and displays the model for developing the ability. Finally the paper demonstrates the result of the application of the model in teaching and the assessment of experts on the students performances.
