The implementation and research of a mobile video emergency supervision system based on 3G and RTMP technology
Based on the analysis of the present urban emergency system development, 3G mobile communications applications and streaming media technology development, the development and application of smart phone on Flex4.5 platform have been discussed mainly in this paper, a technical solution combining with an intelligent mobile terminal video Surveillance system software architecture has been studied and presented, and through integration innovation, the intelligent mobile terminal which can integrate application functions such as GIS information location, Video live and playing ,RTMP transmission , events video relevance and etc. has been realized originally. Through WCDMA 3G technology, the emergency scene information can be transmitted to the emergency response command center so that an emergency response can be effectively realized in real time to reduce disaster losses, and has been successfully applied in practice.
