Design and implementation of integrated tester for environment and video monitoring system in substations
In view of the major problems existed in the construction of environment and video monitoring system in substations, for example, different standard in different district, involving many new technologies and participation contractors and so on, a multi-functional integrated protocol tester is designed and implemented in this paper. And the testers function, structure, hardware and software design are all detailed. The tester is applied in the whole construction process of the distributed environment and video monitoring system, which is made up of provincial station, regional station and remote process unit, to realize the interconnection among different environment and video monitoring systems.
