Analysis on the Key Technologies of Electronic Toll Collection System

摘要：

Electronic toll collection (ETC) enables the moving vehicles exchange information with the electronic equipments installed beside roads,which realizes no parking charge. ETC can not only raise the passing efficiency to prevent the occurrence of traffic bottleneck,but also reduce the administrative costs,and as a result, greatly accelerate the recovering process of infrastructure investment.
