Application of OOP Technologies in 3D Sectioning Realization of Engineering Geology
3D geological cutting can completely and unambiguously define the geological structures for the site being modeled, including complex boundaries and embedded seams, this can help geologists and engineers to understand their research objects better and greatly enhance the accuracy of geologic analysis. Based on layer surface TIN(Triangular Irregular Network) model, the 3D model of engineering geology is built up, then on this basis, a practical method to implement the 3D engineering geology plane is offered. By applying the intersects of cutting plane and edges of layer surface TIN to generate virtual drilling holes, rebuilt layer surface TIN model by combining virtual drilling hole and site borehole, and make the 3D cutting of engineering geology come true. Using the borehole data as the same time, fully considered the virtual drilling hole and the cutting plane, simply, rapidly, feasibly, low time consuming, simple principle and programming easily. And, the idea of OOP is put forward, in this paper, the basic concept of OOP is introduced, meantime the detailed application of OOP is discussed and analyzed.
