Building of Construction Contract Management Based on Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation Model

摘要：

Take ShuQi Yuan residential quarter of Zhumadian Municipality as an example, based on fuzzy mathematics theory, the effect of the construction contract management evaluation index system is established through the analytic hierarchy process, which makes it more scientific, impartial, objective, and the impact of man-made subjective factors reduced, using both qualitative and quantitative analysis. This method is benefit to systematically sum up the experience, and to improve the level of contract management and project management, which could be references for construction enterprise contract management.
