Construction Risk Assessment and Countermeasures about the First Phase of Qingdao Rail Transit

摘要：

Rail transit construction is an important method to improve the traffic supply level and solve the urban transportation problem. Due to the uncertainty of hydrogeologic conditions and the complexity of the construction environment, many risks exist in the construction process. This paper is based on the fundamental theory of risk assessment. After establishing the risk structure model, calculating the weight of risk, and getting risk factors evaluation index through fuzzy estimation, we finally work out targeted strategies of the risk, which has strong and actual application value.
