Engine Fault Diagnosis Based on Cylinder Pressure Test and Leakage of Pneumatic Cylinders Test

摘要：

Cylinder pressure test is a common method to check the engine mechanical fault, but when the cylinder pressure is abnormal, it is not easy to determine the cause of the malfunction. If the cylinder leakage test conducted at the same time, can more accurately determine the cause of the malfunction, greatly improve the fault diagnosis efficiency. This paper analyzes the abnormal cylinder pressure caused by the possible causes and their combination method to determine the fault point.
