Reserch on Design and Analysis Techniques for Surface Water Quality Monitoring Information Management

Combined with the design and development of a surface water quality monitoring information management system, the water quality monitoring information management requirements and water quality data items and data structures are analyzed. The framework of the database construction is presented and the concept design and logical architecture design are introduced. The titling formats and content regulations are investigated. Under the surroundings of Oracle and VB.Net, the front end and back end system are developed. The key functions of the system including water quality query and management and monitoring factors information query are introduced. Furthermore, the concept of the Rough Sets is introduced, and water quality information completion and uniformities, attribute reduction and rule induction algorithms are investigated based on the Rough Sets model. Thus the data analysis and earlywarning functions are established. The operation performance of the system shows that it can wholly meet the needs of the water quality monitoring and management.
