Risk Analyze Based on the Dynamic Parameters of Debris flow
Debris flow risk analysis is summed up. Considering on the existing methods, a new debris flow risk analysis model based on dynamic factors of debris flow is built. Bearing object vulnerability is defined as the object value loss rate at appropriate magnitude of disaster-causing factor. On this basis, when the disaster-causing factors probability density (hazard degree) at different spatial locations is determined, risk degree can be determined through the multiply of hazard degree and bearing object vulnerability degree at the spatial locations. For a regional risk degree, it can be calculated through the weight of the object value at different point. The new model has the same pattern with the general premised one, and it provides a feasible idea on debris flow risk degree quantitative calculation based on dynamic factors of debris flow. Debris flow hazard degree and bearing object vulnerability degree research methods were discussed in the paper. Two key scientific issues were analyzed, which make the quantitative evaluation of debris flow risk degree that based on dynamic process of debris flow to be possible. This approach can give the overall risk degree of the affected area, which can be used to determine the important area to be protected between different areas. It can also distinguish the risk degree of independent object in a region, which is helpful in disaster mitigation and management through the projection of the import objects.
