Discussion on Embedded Depth of Supporting Structure of Single -layer Supporting Point

摘要：

equivalent beam method and static equilibrium method are two kind of calculation methods, They are used for the calculation of the embedded depth of the supporting Structure in present foundation pit. combined with soil parameters, the two differents calculation methods are discussed . The results show that equivalent beam method is used in the bad soil layers; while static equilibrium method is used in the good soil layers. The purpose is to provide a reference for the practical engineering designs.
