Effects of different recrystallization annealing temperature and time upon twins in pure copper by AARB
This test used an Asymmetrical Accumulative Rolling Bonding (AARB) method preparation of ultra-fine twin copper supplemented by heat treatment, studied the effects of different recrystallization annealing temperature and time upon annealing twin. Results indicated that when the annealing temperature of 185℃, as the extension of the annealing time, regional increase recrystalli/.ation, annealing twins were correspondingly increased, but incomplete recrystallization. When annealing temperature of 10℃ 20min-25min annealing time forming a uniform fine annealing twins, annealing twins size were around 2um. When the annealing temperature reached 220℃, annealing twins size obviously grew up, but decreased in the number of annealing twins, did not meet the needed requirements of ultal-fine twins of copper.
