High-rise Building Pile-raft Foundation Analysis and Design Based on the Geddes Solution
Base on the pile-raft foundation that is HongDa international Hotel high-rise building of Shanxi province in China, it has been analyzed that is average settlement, differential settlement, axial force of pile, stress of raft and so on by the method that is Geddes solution counting pile-soil system and Reissner thick plank calculating raft. The result shows that differential settlement and differential settlement are mainly controlled by the local loads density. The summarized rules can give some reference to this kind of high-rise building pile-raft foundation analysis and design.
