Performance of Foamed Asphalt Cold Recycled Mixture Based on Vibration Molding Method
The structure and properties of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixture are closely related to the molding methods. Through molding the same gradation of foamed asphalt cold recycled mixtures by vibration method and compaction method, it compared the physical and mechanical performance characteristics of the shaped specimen of the two methods. The results show that the physical and mechanical properties of the mixture by vibration forming method are superior to the static pressure molding mixture. Vibration method is more suitable for the composition design of foamed asphalt cold recycling mixture. Therefore it is more reasonable to determine the optimum moisture content and the maximum dry density by the vibration method to control the scene construction quality in the actual project.
