Preparation of High Performance Zeolite Ceramsite

摘要：

Natural zeolite which is rich in resource and cheap in cost has already widely used in China. In this paper, zeolite ceramsite is produced by zeolite powder. The result shows that apparent density, compressive strength and water absorption of the zeolite ceramsit is 902kg/m3, 6.23MPa and 1.45％ respectively, as the foaming temperature is 850℃, foaming agent dosage is 15％ and thickening agent dosage is 15％.
