Research on Systematic Defects of Implementation of Overall Urban Planning in China and Approaches for An Improvement

These paper analysis the systematic defects of the overall urban planning, and then point out that we should improve the implementation according to the status and role of current China overall urban planning and economic and social development. And then we should further perfect the regulation system of the overall urban planning and reform the planning process or approval system .Establishing a supervision system that improves overall urban planning inspection system for the effective the urban planning implementation.
