Research on Tower Crane Tilt Detection Algorithm based on Zigbee
This paper presents a kind of tilt detection algorithm based on study to the RSSI algorithm model and the analysis on the cause of the tower crane dumping accident. The algorithm in this paper is to calculate the dip angle and offset distance after calculated the value of the environment factor n each time fully considered the working conditions of the crane. Thus, it can reduce the interference under the complex environment. Now the specification of the tower crane definitely provides that the verticality is used as a standard for the safety of the tower crane. Because of the verticality being measured by artificial, so the value cannot be measured at every moment. Furthermore the value cannot be obtained through the angle sensors. But the value can be obtained by the algorithm. So the algorithm can perfect the safety monitoring of tower crane and reduction in casualties caused by the dumping of tower crane.
