Settlement Observation Technology in High-rise Building in Applied Research
With the development of national economy, a variety of high-rise building design and construction is increasingly frequent, Especially in large buildings in the construction process, the application of precision instruments and other tools in the construction process caused by the foundation settlement monitoring is necessary, to ensure that the construction process in the settlement of national standards in allowed range. A gauge, small settlement of the situation must be timely feedback, to take effective remedial measures, avoid the uneven subsidence caused by the damage of main building structure and influences the structure function of the cracks, which avoids the huge economic loss. Based on the practical engineering example a brief description of the high-rise building deformation monitoring monitoring apparatus, monitoring method, personnel requirements, determine, spot location required monitoring requirements, based on the data information collection and analysis, grasp the dynamic verification of settlement of buildings, building design, building the future to ensure normal application and provide the reliable basis for safety operation.
