The Application Of Extension Engineering Optimization Model Based On Rough Set Theory To The Evaluation of Urban Rail Transit Network Plan
The project evaluation is a critical stage during the urban rail transit network planning. The evaluation index system associated with the features of the planning process is built in first part of this paper. The dispensable indicators are removed according to the ranked weights donated by information changes caused by the Rough Set attributes reduct. A decision-making model is presented using extension engineering theory to obtain the urban rail transit network plan, followed by the qualitative indicators described by using the extension of matter-element, and the quantitative indicators calculated by using correlative functions in the extension set. The feasibility and advanced performance of the model applied to the project evaluation is tested on a numerical experiment.
