The Application of the Theories and Methods of Systems Engineering in the Perspective of Cost Management
The systems engineering is the study of the objective world from the perspective of the relationship between overall with some of the things, local and global relations and level. The systems engineering not only has different systems and natural sciences, social sciences, but also has intrinsically linking and it can turn the problem of scientific research in the field linked as a system and the integrity of research. This paper analyzes the theories and methods of systems engineering, and cost management system, as well as the link between them, and points out that the business managers can use the systems engineering approach to solve cost management problems.
