The Hardware Design of Laser Self-Mixing Interference Displacement Measurement

摘要：

Displacement measurement based on the laser selfmixing interference effect consists of optical system and electrical system (self-mixing interference signal processing circuit). On Spartan-3E Starter Kit Board, in my research, we can finish real-time acquisition, processing and display. On software development platform, we designed the A / D converter, LCD display and Measurement algorithm .Then we combined these parts together, integrated and simulated for downloading to the development board. Through experimental verification, the accuracy of the displacement measurement algorithm met the design requirements.
